About
A little about Ben Moore…
An Idaho native, I am very familiar with the fantastic quality of life that we enjoy here in the North West. I am a full service REALTOR, committed to achieving my clients’ goals in real estate. I work regularly with buyers, sellers, and investors looking for single family, multi-family or commercial property. I am a full-time agent and family man with a strong tie to the community. My philosophy in business and in life centers around under promising and over delivering. When I say that I will do something it gets done, and it is always my goal to exceed people’s expectations by doing more than has been promised.
One of the draws, and there are many, to Treasure Valley living are the incredible variety of recreation opportunities that we have such easy access to. There is a 25 mile (and growing) “green belt” that runs along the river for walking, biking and skating, bike trails throughout the foothills, water sports at Lucky Peak and the lake in McCall, skiing (downhill and nordic) with 4 resorts (Bogus Basin, Sun Valley, Brundage, Tamarack) within a 2 and a half hour drive. In fact, Bogus Basin is less then 30 minutes from the heart of Boise. We also have horseback riding, golf, baseball (Boise Hawks), hockey (Idaho Steelheads), arena football (Boise Burn), basketball (Idaho Stampede), theater (Idaho Shakespeare Festival) and more. We are also fortunate to have many public parks not to mention the beautiful Boise River that runs through the heart of downtown.
I grew up an avid Mtn. Biker and skier spending countless hours on the green belt and many trails in the foothills in the summer and skiing at Bogus, Brundage, & Sun Valley in the winter. While Boise has many of the benefits of larger cities in the North West, it is still a very safe and friendly town to explore. You will always find people out and about, wandering the Saturday market downtown, getting a cup of coffee or grabbing a bite to eat in BODO, or relaxing at a picnic in the park.
One of the wonderful things about Boise and the Treasure Valley are the many opportunities to give back. I am a proud participant in “Paint the Town“, “Rake Up Boise“, “2008 Special Olympics Winter Games Invitational“, & the upcoming “2009 Special Olympics Winter Games“.
I take my work very seriously so that you don’t have to. My knowledge of the process and familiarity with the contracts and time lines involved with the sale of real property mean that you can sit back and relax while I work constantly to ensure as smooth a transaction as possible. You have enough to do in your daily life with work, family and free time, you don’t need to wonder how many days you have left to supply the other side with an inspection contingency release or worry about when the appraisal or home inspection will be scheduled.
Along with providing the highest level of service, I believe in constantly furthering my education and have attained the ABR, GRI, & EcoBroker designations along with the e-PRO certification. I am also in the process of completing my Associate Broker’s license. Real estate is not a static environment and the agent that you choose to represent you needs to have a firm grasp on the fundamentals and have shown that they take their career seriously enough to have invested in expanding their understanding beyond the basics. Anyone with some spare time and a few hundred dollars can get a real estate license. Is that the kind of person you want to represent you?
